• Appointments must be made at least fourteen (14) working days in advance and are subject to availability.
• The Endoscopy Packages offered are for self-pay patients only and are not applicable for insurance claims or reimbursement purposes.
• The Endoscopy Packages are for screening and/or diagnostic purposes only.
• Packages are applicable for elective, non-emergency cases and non-complex daycare admissions during office hours.
• Any additional tests, procedures, or medications required beyond the package coverage will be charged at the prevailing standard rates.
• Package prices are based on the One-Bedroom Executive (without breakfast) with one (1) King bed, accommodating a maximum of two (2) persons. Room confirmation is subject to availability.
• All prices are subject to 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST), where applicable.
• This offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
• Package prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• The package offer is valid until 31 December 2026.
• Payment is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other items or services.
